2. Design requirements

Product Name: Perlite Insulation Board

Product size: 500 * 300 * 30mm

Product weight: 1.2KG

Packaging method: 10 products are automatically stacked, using PE film cuff type heat shrink packaging. After packaging is completed, they are automatically stacked on pallets, with a stacking method of 2 rows and 4 columns for a total of 4 layers.

Packaging speed: 60 tablets per minute.
